The the angel yeast prize China fermentation pasta creative competition, we need to make eight kind of productions during six hours, except for the specified was traditional stuffed steamed bun, steamed bread and hempflower. In the creative productions, we put the cereal and fermental pasta, besides, we broken the original appearance for stuffed steamed bun and steamed bread.

JIANG, GU-ZHEN got the first place of nation technique competition, not only got the license B grade for bread but also have many bread experiences. Competitive productions include pastry, salted pastry, danish Pastry, sweet pastry as music and dance for the subject.
